2010: Annual Invitational Tournament
Some new faces and some
familiar descended once again upon Bedford and County
for our Annual Invitational Tournament.
With some spectacular games in the later stages of Ladies, Men's and Mixed
doubles. Just 2 points separating the
Ladies winners from the runners-up after 10 games! The Men's winners
narrowly overcame Stephen Dakin & Andrew Chawk in 3 sets to book their place
in the final. Similarly, the Mixed winners having lost the opening set
went on to beat Darren Adamson and Hannah Sharman to secure a win in their
semi. The final results were as follows:

2008: External repainting completed.
The club has recently completed the repainting of the
exterior of the hall, at some considerable cost, thanks to assistance from
The Bedford Charity (The Harpur Trust) to whom we are extremely grateful.
